idpf: fix memory leak in idpf_vc_core_deinit()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

idpf: fix memory leak in idpf_vc_core_deinit()

Make sure to free hw->lan_regs. Reported by kmemleak during reset:
