In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

mISDN: hfcpci: Fix warning when deleting uninitialized timer

Fix this by initializing hfc_tl timer with DEFINE_TIMER macro.
Also, use mod_timer instead of manual timeout update.
