accel/qaic: Fix slicing memory leak

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

accel/qaic: Fix slicing memory leak

The temporary buffer storing slicing configuration data from user is only
freed on error.  This is a memory leak.  Free the buffer unconditionally.
