nfs4: Fix kmemleak when allocate slot failed

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

nfs4: Fix kmemleak when allocate slot failed

If one of the slot allocate failed, should cleanup all the other
allocated slots, otherwise, the allocated slots will leak:
