Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Deployment product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Server Infrastructure).  Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.7. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via SQL to compromise Siebel CRM Deployment.  Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Siebel CRM Deployment. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CWE-89 Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection')

The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.
