SGLangs multimodal generation runtime is vulnerable to an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability, allowing an attacker to write arbitrary files anywhere the server process has write access, by including ../ sequences in the upload filename when sent to specific endpoints.

The product uses external input to construct a pathname that should be within a restricted directory, but it does not properly neutralize '.../...//' (doubled triple dot slash) sequences that can resolve to a location that is outside of that directory.
