CVE-2022-0495

The library automation system product KOHA developed by Parantez Teknoloji before version 19.05.03 has an unauthenticated SQL Injection vulnerability. This has been fixed in the version 19.05.03.01.

CWE-89 Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection')

The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.
