LoginSQL injection vulnerability in graph.php in Cacti 0.8.7e and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via a crafted rra_id parameter in a GET request in conjunction with a valid rra_id value in a POST request or a cookie, which causes the POST or cookie value to bypass the validation routine, but inserts the $_GET value into the resulting query.

CWE-89 Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection')
The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.
