LoginZen Cart 1.3.8a, 1.3.8, and earlier does not require administrative authentication for admin/sqlpatch.php, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the query_string parameter in an execute action, in conjunction with a PATH_INFO of password_forgotten.php, related to a "SQL Execution" issue.

CWE-89 Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection')
The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.
